Bring your shopping bag and connect to local farmer’s market and other vendors at Eagan’s Market Fest. All products are locally sold by the maker/grower of the product. This is a great opportunity to meet area residents and talk with local vendors to learn about their products and farms.
Eagan Market Fest features over 55 farmer's market vendors. This is a Producer's Market, meaning the vendor selling an item grows and/or produces the item locally.

2016 Concert Schedule
Concerts are scheduled for Wednesdays from June 1- August 31.
In September, no concerts are scheduled but the market continues to be open on Wednesdays from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.

As a courtesy to other customers shopping at the market and to follow Minnesota Board of Health regulations, please keep all animals on the asphalt path or at least 5 feet away from food areas.

Market Fest is a wonderful location to spend your Wednesday afternoon and evening. Attendees are encouraged to pack a picnic to enjoy while watching the concerts in the park and enjoying the festivities. Several onsite food concession options are available to purchase beverages, snacks and dinner to enjoy at the event as well.
Picnic tables available at and near the Festival Grounds Pavilion
Picnic tables are scattered around the festival grounds, playground and band shell.
Guests are also encouraged to bring a picnic blanket and/or chairs for the concert viewing area.
Several onsite concession options are available at Market Fest for your snack, beverage and dinner options. Vendors are subject to change.
Simmer Down Tea
Offering flavored ice tea drinks using their line of blended dried teas.
Kowalski's Market & Catering
Offers hot dogs, hamburgers, cheese burgers, salmon burgers, veggie burgers, grilled shrimp and other items served with kettle chips and beverages.
Ruhland Strudel Haus
Offers single servings of their sweet and savory strudels, lemonade, floats and other treats. Savory strudel options may include Spinach, Artichoke & Feta served with or without Hummus and other savory strudels rotating throughout the season. Sweet strudel flavors rotate throughout the season. Frozen strudel also available.
Tollefson’s Family Pork
Offering hot concessions of the farm’s favorite pork items including smoked pork chops, pork brats, pork hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches and other pork items along with chips and beverages.
Locally made, award winning ice cream served in a dish, regular cone or made-on-site waffle cones.
Nuttin Like It
Cinnamon and other flavors of freshly roasted nuts.
Kettle Korn popped onsite.
Green Mill Pizza
Pizza by the slice and whole pizzas available.
Kid's Power of Produce (POP) Club provides a fun opportunity for children to engage in the local food system through conversations directly with farmers (vendors), educational games and demonstrations, and exposure to new fruits and vegetables.
Children and parents can sign up at Market Fest POP Club tent to earn free produce and prizes.

Eagan Parks & Recreation is responsible for the coordinator of Eagan Market Fest featuring an award winning farmer’s market with over 60 vendors, summer concert series, theme nights, free kid’s art activities and an opportunity to connect with neighbors in a fun and festive environment.

On select theme nights, the Eagan Market Fest brings in additional community vendors whose company/organization is related to the theme for a value-added experience for attendees. These booths are promotional in nature, no selling or fundraising permitted. Organizations must meet the vendor booth criteria and complete the ST-19 form. Expected to begin in June 2016, SNAP/EBT supports residents receiving food assistance to purchase approved products at MarketFest. Visit the SNAP/EBT booth at the picnic pavilion for more information.

November 5 & 19 – Stock up on market favorites for the Thanksgiving and holiday season. Thanksgiving recipes provided featuring local MN produce and products
December 3 – Santa is visiting the community center from 10 am – Noon. The market is open 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Enjoy a free visit, bring your own camera and enjoy a candy cane and holiday craft for kids.
December 17 – Free holiday gift basket provided for shoppers purchasing MN products from the farmer’s market for gift giving. Let our staff help you customize a holiday gift basket.
December 31 - Stock up for your New Year's Eve party supplies.
January 14 & 28 – Pick up free good-for-your-body recipes using local MN farmer’s market products to kick off a healthy year.
February 11 & 25 – Celebrate the season of love and purchase chocolates and sweet treats for your sweetheart. Weekly – try free samples from a variety of farmer’s market vendors. Winter is a great time to get to know your local vendor and learn about their business and products.

For market day weather updates, call the Recreation Hotline at (651) 675-5511, press number 1 for an event update. A message is only posted if there is a change to the market due to severe Winter weather in which the Eagan Community Center would be closed. Otherwise, the market will be open.
