Pursuant to the requirements of MN Session Law 2005, Chapter 156, M.S. 471.701 a city with a population of more than 15,000 must annually notify its residents of the positions and base salaries of its three highest-paid employees. This notice may be provided on the homepage of the primary Web site maintained by the political subdivision for a period of not less than 90 consecutive days. The City of Eagan’s highest paid employees effective May 1, 2013 include: City Administrator - $150,186; Chief of Police - $135,584; Director of Public Works - $128,862. Posted 5/21/2013
