You will need to have your Customer Number and Account Number handy before you begin. These numbers are found on the upper right-hand corner of your paper billing statement (shown here).
Follow these steps to enroll in online billing:
Finally, create your password, enter secure code (as shown), and then click Complete Registration
Now you can sign-in to view your invoices, pay your bill or add Auto Pay to your account.
With Easy Pay, you can make a one-time online payment (with no registration required).
Follow the prompts on the screen to complete your transaction
Please note that there is a $1,000 payment cap for this option if paying with credit card. If your payment exceeds the $1,000 amount, you will need to make multiple credit card payments from, a checking or savings account.
Once you have set up a customer profile, you can set up auto pay for recurring/customized payments to be automatically paid on their AutoPay collection date.
Select the account, invoice type, and payment method, then hit Save this AutoPay Setup
After the recurring payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction automatically.
